Ryan's birthday was yesterday, and we had his party tonight. Can you guess how old he is?
His cousin, Lexi, also has a birthday this week, and she was sweet enough to agree to having their parties together. I love birthdays with the cousins! So easy to plan, and the kids have so much fun together!
I'm still not sure why he didn't want to eat his cake and ice cream on the table. Can't you hear him saying, "Cheese!" Oh, he's a cutie.

Julie, I don't know what happened. Hamburger Helper was probably my best specialty growing up. I guess all the years of having to make my own birthday cake kind of inspired me to make it a little more of a big deal for my kids. It's stressful when I'm in the process, but it's always so fun when I'm done -- well, as long as I haven't ruined it!
