I took this picture in our front yard today. I don't know if you can tell, but there is a bee on one of the blooms on the left side of the picture. And I caught a mosquito in our laundry room the other day. What happened to winter?
tell me about it. i think it was a waste of money to buy the kids long sleeved shirts. they've hardly needed them. its nice for playig outside, but i want some snow!!!! last year they said we were returning to the cycle of big snows like we had in the '80's. what a cruel joke that has turned out to be!
I think Hannah has talked a lot about the seasons in school this year, and she is a little irked that it's winter and SUPPOSED to be cold but it ISN'T. And Nikki keeps asking when we'll get to make a snowman. Every family night she always asks to sing "Once There Was a Snowman." I think it really will be a cruel joke when we have a blizzard in April!
