Quick and Easy

I didn't post anything yesterday, but I was thankful for an easy recipe last night, Tex-Mex Lasagna, that my family ate. I did have to lay down the law before I brought it to the table because you could see that it had tomatoes in it. I told the girls it was impolite to ask for something else to eat without even tasting it, and if they did that they weren't getting anything to eat until breakfast. They decided they liked it. :)
